An Indian based tech company wanted to give competition of Indian budget smartphone segment by launching Cogent in Rs 2999 (48$). This exclusively available on ShopClues.com. The Reach Cogent smartphone supports dual-SIM dual standby functionality and and is powered by  Android 5.1 Lollipop.
It packs a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution display, with official given pixel density of 233 ppi . It CPU comes with unexpected quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, and  with 1GB RAM. It is the 3G-enabled budget smartphone packs  8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 32GB). Reach Cogent comes with 2000mAh Li-ion removable battery, which stated by company to deliver up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.
The Reach Cogent is available in many colour variant like Gold, Red, Black, and White. Coming to connectivity it packs 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, and Micro-USB connectivity. Dimensions of phone are  118.7x64.3x9.8mm, and weighs in at 105.2 grams.
