According to leaks surfaced recently, Nokia's upcoming smartphone Nokia 1.3 received Bluetooth certification and 4G connectivity may be available in this phone. It is also discussed that Nokia 1.3 will be an upgraded version of the company's previous device Nokia 1 Plus and it will get many special and new features compared to earlier.
