Yu came in high end price segment this Thursday by launching its phone Yutopia in Rs 24,999(375$). Pre-orders for this smartphone is available for booking and delivery will begin from December 25.

Yu Yutopia is similarly look like other phone of Yu televenture. Metal body in this smartphone is very thin about 7.2 millimeter. Yu Yutopia gives a good feeling in the hands and it is easy to grip.

Rear camera and dual-LED flash, a hump circular ring tones are present. At first glance it reminds us the Nokia Lumia 1020. The camera has the fingerprint sensor. At the bottom you see the speaker grill with the logo of the brand. Volume and Power buttons on the right and the SIM card slot on the left. Headphone jack and micro-USB port on top of the lower part.

Yu Yutopia has 5.2-inch qHD (1440x2560 pixels) is equipped with OGS screen. Its pixel density is 565 ppi. Display sharpness and color saturation are satisfactory. To zoom in the text appear crisp. There is no problem in the one hand to type.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset used in Yu Yutopia, and multi-tasking works simplifies by 4 GB of RAM. We could easily use 20 apps together and we had no problems. Asfalt 8 and Mortal Combat went on phone very easily. Broadly we had not checked the processor and before that we do not want to go at any decision. For this you have to wait for our review.

However, the limited time spent with the handset, we found that the rear camera performance is not predictable. Photos in the appropriate light and sunlight were so good. But photos taken in low light, was not satisfactory. The camera repeatedly ISO levels to the maximum level was carrying, whence another handset than its pictures were much visible grain. Camera HDR mode takes some time to take pictures. The brightness is much of the reason some photos seem unnatural effects.

The sensor comes with 8 megapixel front camera. For the casual user, it will prove effective.

This phone runs on Android 5.1.1 lollipop equipped with Cyanogen OS 12.1. The user has the option of choosing the stock Android UI. It can be activated when the handset is set up, or even later. Both mode operating any function easy.

Yutopia comes with 3000 mAh battery, which is supported by Qualcomm's quick Charjing 2.0 technology. Yu says that Yutopia battery charges 60 per cent in just 30 minutes . We will examine in our review of its battery life.

The fingerprint sensor is not satisfied. To set up the fingerprint, we have nearly 15 times the tap. Yet at times we find it difficult to unlock the phone. We use the same old lock pattern deemed reasonable. From the rear part of the speaker  low voice was coming. If you watch the video while the handset is placed in your hands, then there will verbally timid voice.

Yutopia comes with the company's new App Service Arount UK. User use it to order food, book a flight, hotel and taxi can book or for shopping. On the home screen can be accessed by swiping right. The company is trying to work on the device for each individual user to download an app instead of a single platform all the work can easily complete.

Yu Yutopia was presented by the company so far is the most powerful handset. The handset has impressed us in some departments, but also in some disappointed. Although metal unibody design, qHD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and 4 GB of RAM, the phone can be popular. In terms of specifications the collision would directly with OnePlus 2 and Moto X style, while its price is lower than both these handsets. Stay tuned for full review.
